A walk towards future email
DOoDlers full with enthusiasm gathered at DOD (Department of Design) IIT Guwahati, India at dawn. It was a pleasant morning and we started off by reading the brief given to us and from the write up we could frame a lot of ideas and strategies on how to go about with our challenge. Apart from this we also read other papers and information on the working of emails. Some of the links are given as below:

Towards something
What are the problems people face? some very practical problems faced by people are the the interface issue. People find it difficult in finding/locating various options in the homepage of their mail client.
They find it too complicated.
